1. Production Process

The electric scooter hub motor assembly line adopts an automated assembly line operation mode, focusing on four core links: “Component Pre-assembly → Core Assembly → Performance Testing → Finished Product Packaging”. The specific process is as follows:

  • Component Loading and Sorting: Through manual + automated loading stations, core components such as stators, rotors, bearings, housings, and connecting wire harnesses are sorted in place to ensure material specification matching.
  • Stator Pre-assembly: Automatic bearing press-fitting, winding testing, insulation performance testing to ensure stator electrical performance meets standards.
  • Rotor Assembly: Precise fitting of rotor shaft and magnetic steel, dynamic balance testing, removal of eccentric oversized parts.
  • Core Assembly: Stator and rotor assembly, housing sealing, automatic bolt tightening with precise torque control.
  • Electrical Connection and Commissioning: Connecting wire harness welding, controller matching, power-on testing of motor rotation direction and speed.
  • Comprehensive Performance Testing: Waterproof testing, temperature rise testing, load testing, noise testing to verify motor performance in all dimensions.
  • Appearance Inspection and Marking: Appearance defect detection, laser marking of product batches and serial numbers to establish a traceability system.
  • Finished Product Packaging and Warehousing: Automated bagging, boxing, labeling and transportation to finished product warehouse.

Automated Loading and Sorting Equipment

Includes vibratory bowl feeder, visual sorting station, material buffer rack, achieving precise component feeding with sorting accuracy of ±0.1mm and feeding efficiency of 800 pieces/hour.

Stator and Rotor Assembly Workstation

Integrates servo press machine, automatic tightening machine, dynamic balance detector, with real-time pressure/torque monitoring, assembly qualification rate ≥99.5%.

Electrical Performance Test Bench

Includes insulation resistance tester, withstand voltage tester, speed tester, supporting synchronous detection of multiple parameters, test data automatically uploaded to the system.

Waterproof and Environmental Testing Equipment

IP67 waterproof test chamber, high and low temperature test chamber, simulating extreme environments to verify motor weather resistance, test cycle can be customized.

Automated Conveyor Line

Adopts double-speed chain conveyor line, combined with lifting transplanting machine and positioning tooling, conveying speed 0.5-2m/min, supporting multi-station synchronous operation.

Laser Marking and Packaging Equipment

Fiber laser marking machine, automatic packaging machine, weighing and labeling machine, with clear and wear-resistant marking, packaging efficiency of 600 pieces/hour, weighing accuracy of ±5g.
