Motorcycle parts list & Assembly process & Assembly lines

A motorcycle consists of engine, transmission, frame, suspension, brake, plastic and wire harness modules. Factory plants first laser-stamp VIN on the single-backbone or twin-spar frame, robot-mate the engine with two-step torque, pre-load chain/CVT belt, snap on fairings with battery nut-runners, fill coolant/fuel, auto-start and roller-test brake, ABS, light and noise. Assembly lines, quick-change jigs and dynamic buffers let 90-150 s mixed takt cover 110 cc commuters to 1 000 cc sport bikes; EV versions simply insert battery and insulation test in the same cycle.

Double-speed chain conveyor line with an upper-and-lower structure for assembly operations

Duplex speed-chain conveyor uses upper deck for paced assembly and lower deck for fast pallet return, circulating via end lifts. 3× chain, 50–500 kg/pallet, stepless 5–15 m min⁻¹, ±0.5 mm stopper locate. Modular lift-rotate, transfer, ESD and RFID ready. Lines 250–900 mm wide, 60–600 JPH. Automotive pumps, battery modules, 3C boards proven. Closed-loop saves 30 % labor and 25 % floor space with minimal maintenance: lube chain, clean rollers, check belts quarterly.

Horizontal Loop Double-Speed Chain Assembly Line

The horizontal-circulating double-speed chain assembly line uses an inner–outer roller chain to move pallets 2–3× faster than the chain itself while looping them horizontally through the line. Modular aluminum frames, variable-frequency drives and independent station stoppers give 8–60 s flexible tact and quick model change-over. A lift or cross-transfer returns empty pallets automatically, eliminating manual handling. Widely applied in motors, batteries, engines and 3C assembly, the system delivers up to 20 m min⁻¹, 1 000–3 000 pcs day⁻¹ with low wear, full traceability and easy integration with robots and MES.

Double-speed chain conveyor line for electromechanical product assembly production

The double-speed chain conveyor line is ideal for electro-mechanical assembly. Its continuous chain lets fixture pallets flow fast, yet stoppers provide ±0.5 mm precise pause at every station, so heavy parts like motors or valves can be assembled, tested and packed in one pass. Modular sections and interchangeable pallets allow quick model change-over and capacity scaling, while built-in conductive rails enable powered testing without extra handling. Rugged steel-aluminum frames carry 50 kg+ loads, run quietly under dust or heat, and interface easily with lifts, robots and MES, delivering high efficiency and flexible automation for mixed-model production.
